Welcome! I’m Ken Loderick, a baby boomer, computer programmer and outdoors enthusiast who lives in the Boston area. I have a BA in Communications from Seton Hall University where I especially enjoyed working with photography. After graduating I took an intense program in computer programming and then worked as a programmer / analyst for the next 30 years. Having started in programming in the seventies, I have always enjoyed technology and I try to keep informed on what’s new and exciting. I built the computer I’m writing this on from scratch and I hope to build many more. It was a lot of fun!
I understand that change in inevitable. That certainly is true in the world of technology. But as I mature, I find sometimes myself wishing I had a magic wand to take me back to the days when things seemed simpler and filled with fond memories. I know others share this same wish. Perhaps some of my blogs will act as that “magic wand” and, for a few minutes, take our minds back to to those days.
I welcome any comments you may have so please feel free to let me know what you think!
